Sharp india — sharp tv - no proper response from service center

We have purchased sharp tv on 2014, suddenly tv switched off and we couldn't able to switch it on again. So we called customer service and raised a complaint. First technician came and he don't even have a tool to open the tv and his service is not good. We again complained and they send us second technician and he finally told that the mother board is damaged and he suggest better to go for a new tv.
We also asked him is it possible to replace mother board alone, and we got reply from him saying that after replacing mother board he will not guarantee tv to be in working condition and moreover he also said motherboard may cost more than inr 10000. I am really wondering why do sharp technician itself not confident about their product and service.
It is almost 2year now from the purchase of the product, but the product is not worth for the money we bought. Kindly help us to resolve the issue soon Was this information helpful? |
