Regrettably, this connection has been non-operational for the past three days. Despite having raised a formal complaint, I have not received any response or assistance from your support team. I am left with no choice but to voice my dissatisfaction with the current state of affairs. If NetPlus is unable to promptly address and resolve this issue to ensure reliable and uninterrupted service, I am left with no alternative but to request a refund for the advance payment made.
