Shcil — Money has not been transferred from trading account to my bank account.

My trading account is in shcil, patna.
(Account no. Rc101094). Money from trading account has not been transferred to my bank account despite submitting all documents 25 days ago and repeatedly reminding them to transfer the money. Please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
