Shcil — misplacing of share certificates I sent for demat

Your attention is drawn to the subject case under above ref.. I would bring to your notice the following facts:-
1. Share certificates were lodged to shcil, ag tower, kolkata for d-mat on 11th. Sept. 2017.
2. After 2/3 months when enquired, shcil ag tower replied that the documents have been returned to me by courier which was not received by me.
3. The matter was taken up byshcil, kol. With their courier who showed a fraud signature on receipt. Finally shcil agreed that they will process the case for re-issue of share certificate provided i help them in signing documents, lodging fir, bank details etc which was duly complied by me by march 2018 (Appx)
4. Now the responsibility was with shcil.
Almost 10 months have passed after that and nothing has come out as yet. When i enquired from karvy, the registrar of abb ltd., they confirmed that they have not received any such document for reissue of duplicate share cert.
5. The subject case was also appraised to the company secretary abb ltd, sri b gururaj who in turn asked me to send the details of despatch to karvy.
6. On hearing so i reverted to shcil to provide me the details of despatch sent to karvy eg. Regd. Letter no. / pod of courier with date. But so far is no response from your side. During last 6 months i have phoned them 30 to 40 times but most of the time they do not pick up the phone and if by chance i get connected they ask for some more time.
It may please be noted that the entire process has taken more than 15 months and is still pending. I am a senior citizen and am afraid that some sort of mishap has been done by shcil and the courier.
You are, therefore, requested to reply this mail and do the needful immediately within 10 days failing which i may be compelled to bring the case to the notice of sebi and appropriate authority.
