I booked for a gas on the 6th March 2015. However, till date I have not received my gas delivery neither have I received any update on when the gas will be delivered. I tried calling the IVR multiple times but it states that the gas is already delivered on 3rd March. How can a gas be delivered before even it is booked?! We went to the Agency office directly but no one was ready to give any response on the delivery status. It has been 20 days now and I am yet to get my delivery or a status update. Can the agency please have the courtesy to at least update the customer on what is going on and when I will receive the gas? Was this information helpful? |
