[Resolved]  Sheela Agency, Indane Gas — behaviour of the people at agency

I had booked my Indane gas cylinder on 8th Apr with Sheela Agency, Bangalore. I had asked them to deliver the same on saturday, 12th Apr because both myself and my husband are working and nobody would be available to take the cylinder on week days. I called up on saturday morning and they told me it will either be delivered on saturday or monday and monday is not a holiday. I called them again after sometime and they told it will be delivered on saturday before 5pm. I had so many things to finish outside but was waiting whole day at home for the cylinder. I called up 3-4times before 5pm and the reply was same. I waited till 6pm and the cylinder was not delivered. Thought that it will be delivered on Monday and was fine with it because we have a holiday on Monday. Called up the agency on monday morning and the reply I got is ---" Today is holiday and I cannot look into the orders placed. We cannot deliver the cylinders today. Dont call up again and again because you will be wasting your money on calls but I am not going to listen to you" and he disconnected the phone. If they knew monday is a holiday why did the promise me to deliver the cylinder on monday? and the behaviour of the person who handled the call was very rude. He was not ready to even listen to what I was saying. He just banged the phone.
We have only 1 cylinder and the time it takes to deliver cylinder by Sheela Agency is really too much. If you cannot deliver on time atleast teach the people in your agency to behave properly.
