Sheela Gas Agency (Indane), Bangalore — rude behavior of male staff/telephone operator

Very poor behavior of male staff, one of our female family member called to check on the delivery status and immediately without any provocation the man on the telephone started shouting and talked rudely. He even challenged her to show up before him and threatened. What we expect as consumers was a polite behavior from the staff, off course that male staff might be going through some disorder/personal challenge, but that doesn't give him any rights to speak rudely and cut the call. What on earth are you doing with such employees sheela gas agency???
