[Resolved]  Sheela Gas Agency (Indane), Bangalore — Not providing new Connection.....

The owner himself is rude ... what else will his employees emulate... the service is SICK ! I wish the oil marketing companies do something more useful to the consumers rather than just charging money for such stupid and pathetic service.

Indane Gas, Banglore — Pathethic and Rude Customer service

Indane Gas Agency has the most pathetic customer care I have ever seen. It is like a big joke. They don't know what the customer service means.

1) Sri Gurukrupa Gas Agency: To get their line you need to try atleast for an hr continously. And that also to just book a refill. After that their attitude is so bad. I was frustrated and I said u don't know how to speak and behave with a customer and in reply what I got is yeah we dont know so do what ever u want to.
2) I called customer care number[protected] /[protected] and there are another set of sitting there, instead of taking my complain and acting on it she says I should keep trying the number until I get and just hangs phone on me and just refuses to talk when I call again.
3) It's been more than 15days I am trying to get my refill and still I have not got it.

This is the kind of customer care they are providing.

Where do I go from here?

Indane Gas — Cylinder Not delivered - Sheela GAS Agency Bangalore

When I took the GAS Cylinder connection from Sheela GAS Agency, J.P. Nagar, Bangalore I was informed within 2 days cylinder will be delivered but every time I book they never respond properly over the phone. On the Top of it they don't deliever on time.

Also they expect a bribe money for delivering....Please look into this

Hi, the person who takes the call for orders booking does not know how to behave in call.He keep the phone while talking.The owner of sheela gas agency should check this person behaviour, which is not accepted.

Yes, when i asked about the timings, he says, 10 to 5 and also says, we dont work on unearthly hours... i mean how rude is that!!!

He needs to know how to talk to customers...

Indane Gas — Regarding not Provide the New connection of Indane gas

I am Jitendra Sharma grom Gwalior , i am Apply a new gas connection on dated 11.12.09 to Anant gas services but we have not recd any responce by the manager of anant gas services .

So pls confirm my Application . how many days i recd our new gas conection .

Hi, I also faced the situation, I bought two cylinder gas connection that my my transfer connection.
One cylinder does not fit in regulator when I called they talked me very rudly. I can't expect this much bad behaviour in current competitive days.

First he told me you come with cylinder than I will check it. This is your mistake I have not done door delivery so you have to come with cylinder.

The owner of sheela gas agency should check this person behaviour, which is not accepted.

Sheela Agency is the worst gas agency I have ever come across. they have no manners. No etiquettes. Worst! I really wonder why IOC is sleeping even after giving such feedback! Any idea whom to escalate this to? IOC wake up! customers are suffering.

The staff of Sheela Gas agency is very rude and does not accept their fault. They have a biased way of talking towards non kannada speaking people. On doing a phone booking, they hang up the phone without even taking teh order. On a follow-up call though you are told that the gas is booked, it is not actually done in the system. When you complaint about these malpractices, the shop manager/ower talks rudely and does not listen to the complaint. The cylinder delivery boys fight for additional 50 Rs over and above the cylinder charges..
IOC folks please investigate against this agency

SHEELA AGENCY — POOR SERVICE

Cylinder booked through 'IVRS' and the booking number was '2'. But still cylinder not delivered and on enquiring they arogantly say that it is not booked. They dont even have patience to listen. Very rude employees.

Thats very true, they are very arrogant and irresponsible towards customers. often the delivery guys play around saying the house is locked etc and thereby delaying delivery and moreover the delivery guys demand excess money as tips not less than 20 rupees. Customers are needed to beg for the gas supplies even after paying more than the market price. somebody needs to do something against this.

The Agency general inquiry number which they have given is continuously ringing n no one is bother to answer the call. some how took another number but the person who attended the call talked very rudely...the number is [protected]

I also experienced very bad customer service from Sheela gas agency JP Nagar Bangalore. Seems like owner of the agency pays bonus to behave badly for their employees., that is how rude each one is. Nothing gets done by phone bcaz no one answers for one thing you have to make 4 trips.when you do stop by they are extremly rude, i

They think world is depending them and they can get away with such a bad manner.They can as long as authorities does not take any action.

It seems that they have some support from Some IOC person. Hence they are misbehaving like this
