I have recharge for rs 35/- not credited in my phone [protected] on 01/10/2019 through net banking, the ref number is [protected]igahdangs3 but still i have not received recharge value in my idea sim i. E. [protected].

This is the fraud site? Where i have to make complaint against inb rcube planet pvt. Ltd. Can i get my money back rs 35/-. Why do not the cyber crime branch catch this type of fraud website/domain owners.
