1.We had requested for carrier innova, but driver was so lazy he pushed all luggage in back seat and said what is the problem to sit in back seat, he doesn't have the rope to tie the luggage what is the problem.the entire route we sat upright holding handbags in hand .
2. To save diesel the driver would stop AC and say it will spoil the breaks, even in places where there is no ghat he would not switch on AC. Upon asking he would say enjoy natural air why you need ac
3. He was like goonda, very arrogant.after reaching home we r like thank God we reached safely.
4. Inspite of telling multiple times he would speak on phone and entire route he drove with one hand. Upon asking he would say nothing will happen.
5. He demanded 1000 rs and showed receipt of 750 rs .
6. Upon asking customer support they would argue saying carrier only we promised, they meant putting and tying luggage was not promised.
7. They charged 40 kns extra saying it's office to office pickup.
Pathetic service, I would not recommend shellcabs, please avoid and don't get fooled seeing the attractive km rate they give. Don't risk your lives in such driver's hands. Was this information helpful? | 
Worst experience ever! I wish there were an option to rate negative.
Driver was driving so recklessly, he scared the hell out o[censored]s. He was talking on phone the entire time. He didn’t listen to us the whole time, was very arrogant, and used abusive language if told him to lower the speed.
We booked a cab to Pondicherry from Bangalore. He took a long route and took 10 hours to reach Pondicherry.
He stopped at many places on the road for tea, cigarette, and even grocery!
On reaching the place, he asked us to let him in the homestay to freshen up n rest for a while since it was hot outside. After that he never left that place! He kept sleeping the entire day and didn’t take us to any places. He went out at night, got drunk and kept calling us the entire night for more money! He came to our stay with his local friends and was asking for money. It just scared us all since we were at unknown place with family.
We didn’t get to roam anywhere, we booked Ola cab to go to places in Pondy, and this fellow was drinking with his friends in the traveller that we hired for us!
We were all scared to get into the cab while returning.
Apart from this, he kept asking extra money for food, toll, parking, and even for beer!!
This journey was the worst nightmare ever!
I donot recommend anyone to book Shell cab ever.
The customer care service is even worse. They are not even ready to talk in any other language except Kannad!
