Incident description - I have went to above mentioned shell petrol bunk at around 3:55 PM, itseems there shift change time. Mechanics are creating diversion and pump guys cheating. They have cheated without putting Diesel to the vehicle and charged the amount of Rs.500 using previous bill or some other way. Fuel gauge is not moved, so I have questioned them, then they have asked to discuss the issue in office room and I have denied it. They were saying may be fuel gauge issue and asked drive the car and check the mileage. Asked to call me if there is any issue.

I went other BP petrol bunk and put the diesel for Rs.500 then my fuel gauge moved two points. Its clear scam and cheating from Chromepet Shell petrol bunk.

Kind request to Shell India, while recruiting person for your petrol bunk branches adhere to your standards. In recent months, we can see many shell petrol bunk in Chennai losing it charm.
