We had hired shift-freight as Packers and movers, they gave us a quotation of 24000 rupees after we provided them with a list of our items. When they started shifting, they provided the movers with a list of items that was almost half of the total amount of items. They took full payment from us and did not fulfill their services. They are fully aware that our job hasn't been completed and they mentioned it to us as well, but they are denying to fulfill their job saying it's not their responsibility. On top of that we got threats to our lives from their Packers and movers citing things like 'no matter what I will take out 200 rs from them one way or another.' over a dispute of the amount of boxes they used for shifting. The extreme emotional and mental stress caused by this company is disgusting and I feel scared for myself and my mother's lives due to the threats made their movers against us. Please help.
