I have been trying to deactivate my account for a while now. I want you to deactivate my account in Shiksha and erase my details. I receive many calls from Shiksha in spite of doing certain changes in the account. The email Id linked with the account is [protected]@gmail.com

Hi I wrote a review at shiksha .com about MME at NIT warangal but I feel that information is not 100% valid and true I request to remove that review .I also writing this complain for 3 RD time but till today I don't Get any response .I hope you will be gracious enough to remove that review

There seems to be no option of deleting my account which is resulting in unwanted emails, calls and messages.Please delete my account asap

Myself Raj Kumar Singh, I have registered at shiksha.com to get notified about the entrance exams on time but they started circulating my number every where.
I have received so many emails and calls regarding colleges This is very bad.
I request them to deregister my number and email : [protected]@gmail.com

Hi, i recently made an account on shiksha.com and my personal number got circulated by them to various places. The number was asked for otp purpose. I keep receiving calls from them regarding masters courses. I need them to stop because i've already taken admission else where for the same. There is no way online to deactivate my account on the actual website. So please deactivate my account [protected]@gmail.com and stop all the calls.

I recently registered on Shiksha.com to browse about colleges. I disabled the emails and was inactive on it for a few days and suddenly got 2 calls in a row from 2 colleges and they have no option to stop these or delete my account.

I created an account in Shiksha so that I can get to know more about the colleges and various courses they offer. In the beginning, I created an account with my email id but after some days the site did not allow me to do anything unless I gave my phone number which I did give. But now they are contacting universities on my behalf and creating accounts and requesting callbacks from their website. And the universities teams are now calling me and asking me if I raised an enquiry. The team also initiated an application on my behalf to a university to which I already applied and the team contacts me asking why I submitted two applications even though I made it to the university. It has become really very disturbing when I am getting calls repeatedly saying I raised an enquiry, except for Shiksha I have not given my number to any of the other educational websites and because of all this I am requesting Shiksha to please delete my account.
Also attaching a few screenshots of the emails I received from the universities which I did not intend to apply to and who have all my details.

On 19th May 2021, I had replied to 25 questions that were posted on your portal. On referring the question on 22nd May I couldn't find any single answer written by me. And neither did the portal allowed me to write stating one answer couldn't be written twice. But the fact is that my answer wasn't in the display. I owe an explanation and a clarity about the missing answers.
Kindly provide me an answer at the earliest as it is very urgent.

I made an account with shiksha.com 5 years back and ever since I've been getting a lots of education promotional calls as they sold my phone number to multiple 3rd party agencies. I want my account to be deleted at the earliest. It's very unethical of shiskha.com to not provide an option on their site regarding the same. My email address associated is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no associated is [protected]

Last night I registered on shiksha.com and from the morning itself I'm getting so many calls from it's partner institutions. These calls have messed my head and I can't even do my online classes peacefully. I asked one of the counselor about the receipt of my data, she replied that shiksha.com
I hereby request you to please take a strict action as they're leaking student data to various organisations without our consent.

I did sign up to get information but I do not require the services anymore. What's even more frustrating is the lack of flexibility regarding the account settings. Why do I keep receiving calls when I said no? Where is the option to deactivate? Why are you trapping users with no way out? DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT - [protected]@gmail.com...

I recieved a call from a customer executive with the phone number [protected] quoting himself as Shiksha’s executive.His manner and language was absolutely derogatory and threatening.He warned me that I will be receiving repeated calls from Shiksha even though I clearly said that I don’t have any further queries.I being a woman and moreover a government official, this type of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable to me.If proper action is not taken to stop such behaviour from your employees on an urgent basis, I will be forced to take this matter to further authorities .

Please delete my account as I no longer want to be associated with your website.

Recently I created account on SHIKSHA with my Gmail ID [protected]@gmail.com
And now I am getting so many spam calls as I complained recently and now I am again complaining about my deactivation of my account . Please note my Gmail ID is [protected]@gmail.com which I used for registration. Please please deactivate my account as I am very depressed.

And now I am getting so many unnecessary mails and also I am getting calls from so many unknown firms. As I don't know where they are spreading my mail and phone number which is my personal. Please deactivate my account with given ID. Please notice this([protected]@gmail.com) is id used by me for registration in SHIKSHA.com

Please help me lately as I am feeling very insecure

There is no option to delete my account or even deactivate it from my email.The most I can do is stop the emails.Shiksha admin refuses to delete my account on repeated requests .
