I really don't how TC GLOBAL works but I had all hopes of getting all kind of help while applying for the university as they promise before the payment but i faced just the opposite of that.

There has been no concrete help from PRM and I have been patient for over 2 months now but as the deadlines are approaching for round 1 and I have received no help from TC Global, I have been asking to correct the the program field I want to pursue my masters in and even that hasn't been rectified in a month!

    My RM has been changed 6 times, while my RM now is better than all the previous ones, I've had pathetic experience. they take the money and just sit quietly after that. I have to call 10 times to get an update or answer to a question. SOP editing is taking more than 10 days and they keep on delaying the submission of file. I send the documents one morning then receive the answer about them after 2 days that too after multiple calls from all phones in my house.

      This whole institution is a carefully built system to fool you into thinking they care about you UNTIL you make the payment. Once they get their money, you become their least priority. This will be long and detailed so read carefully. First off, my "RM" or Relationship manager, Kamna Mehta, was very helpful and informative in the beginning, like I said, they give you all the information before you opt for their services. She would reply to my WhatsApp, pick up my calls, and show up for e-meets, albeit late. But the moment I got through payment... What followed was a "relationship" where she practically ghosted me. She never picks up calls or returns them after multiple days. She never replies to WhatsApp texts because she's apparently so busy but every other day I see her WhatsApp story "going on leave, kindly email if anything urgent". The RM has time to post "Leave" updates but not to respond to her own student. I didn't get any response for my last few emails either which were related to my visa. Coming to other aspects. I opted for their IELTs classes which cost 7.5k I believe. The teacher was good but only to students already adept at english, like me. But to the weak ones who actually needed guidance, she was rude and unhelpful and always had an arrogant attitude. I disliked that through and through. Even after I got my IELTs result and I mailed her to let her know, she did not respond. I would say the only person of TC Global who has paid attention to me and cared for my process is Soniya ma'am, who handles the Visa process. She is the only one who responded to me, gave me all the necessary materials, told me what documents are needed, and even called me up from time to time get updates. I wish she was my RM in the first place. Nevertheless, overall, I would highly recommend students to not opt for TC Global. Despite having their assistance, I felt I did most of the work in terms of research, planning, writing important documents which they claim to take care of. They apparently "edit" important documents like SOP, letter of motivation and such, but when I mailed my RM my cover letter and letter of motivation for visa, I got no response. Conclusion: I had paid 23000 + 7.5k (IELTs) for the overall services and I feel it was a huge waste of money. It is my earnest request to all students who come here or even consider this institution or agency or whatever they claim to be, to look the other way, to look for other agencies who can actually help you, or to simply do your own research and work hard by yourself. Do not waste your time or money on these people.

        So they never take my calls on time and always respond with vague replies. Whether is it SOP, application pr mock, none of them takes their job seriously. They applied for the wrong program at my dream university which had very high application fee. I had a screenshot of telling them the right course and sending the lonk to it but “Priyanka” and “Yogeeta “ from TC global Chandigarh refused to do anything and I had to proceed with the wrong course since It was a high ranked university and the deadline was crossed to apply again. New RM “Rupali” always cuts my call and come up with lame reasons. I can’t believe that I wasted my 40 thousand over this pathetic service. I need my refund for this bad behaviour and unprofessional treatment. Would never recommend anyone to go to TC Global

        I tried calling the customer care from TC global but as expected, they didn’t take my calls. Monday morning where everyone is working, we can’t expect people from TC global working. It is very disheartening that I wasted my parents hard earned money over this service. You guys need to do something about it.

          In mid February, I reached out to TC Global for my career counselling and wanted to apply for USA colleges. Post my introduction to Retam ( US Advisor), he gave me list of few colleges. As I wanted to go ahead with partnered universities with consultancies, there was no fees upfront. I selected 4-5 colleges and asked to go ahead with it. Initially, the counselor informed me that if i'll go ahead with partnered universities, there will be 100% application fee wavier in all partnered universities. I was impressed !

          Later on after chasing and sharing all my documents with them, it took them 15 days to fill my first application. My applications and documents were handled by Mahesh and i was following up with Retam. I applied for Cal State University, Long Beach.

          At the time of submitting the application, Retam called and informed me that TC Global contract with this partnered university is expired and by the time it will renewed, application deadline will be crossed and requested me to pay the fee of $70. Post hesitating, initially, I acknowledged and paid.

          Since that day, till 1st week of June I've been behind tc global guys for my other applications and no one was reverting. Send them several emails, no revert.
          I decided to check the application on the portal for CSU, Long beach, it was not available on the universities portal. I wrote an email to the college and since then I have been chasing the counselor for the another application and my CSU Application. No one came back to me. When i called counselor Retam several time and told him I'm gonna complain about him, he called back saying one has to pay all application fees and he has no update for my filled application. Extremely unprofessional behavior of Retam and Mahesh & worst experience I had with these guys

          Few days back, i received an email from the university that none of my documents were submitted to the college by these guys. Pathetic !!!

          They wasted my 5 months and did even helped me filling even a single application and wasted my $70 for the application and did not send documents to the college.

          I need my money back and compensation for my time wasted.

            Dear Sir/Maam

            This is to bring to your notice a grievance regarding one of your employees- Ms Himani Sikri

            I had contacted TC Global around August 2021 to enquire about my study visa for Canada, upon which I was contacted by Ms Himani. She asked about my background- I had a good percentage in Class 10th and 12th (10 CGPA and 93% respectively) and good grades in my undergraduate (8.6 CGPA, Chemistry Hons).

            When I told her that I did BSc Hons in Chemistry and wanted to further do a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from Canada as I had 7-8 months of experience in HR in a big organization, she quickly discouraged me and told me that I had a 100% chance of visa rejection as my background was different. I further tried to explain to her that although my case was a bit different, I did have several months of experience in the field I want to go to, along with good grades and strong English Language Proficiency.

            She immediately shut me down and told me "not to waste her time" as I had no chance of visa success and that I should have researched about it beforehand, before I contacted her, and then told me that I should call her back only if I decide to change my course. She also told me TC Global would not help me in this case as I had no chance of visa success, after which she cut the call. Her demeanour was extremely rude, discouraging and unprofessional.

            I applied with another consultancy, and have just received my Canada Student Visa, in the course- Human Resource Management, so the claims that she made that my visa would be 100% rejected were clearly wrong.

            This kind of behaviour is not expected from employees working with such a large consultancy. I have a lot of friends and relatives applying to universities abroad and after this experience I would strongly discourage them from contacting TC Global as this one incident was a huge discouragement and confidence shaker for me and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same.

                I have connected with TC GLOBAL, Churchgate branch in December end 2021, my application for University of Leeds and University of Warwick was told to me that, they have been submitted. However, it's March 4 2022 and I haven't received anyone confirmation/rejection. So I decided to check the application status by myself and saw that both of these applications have just been drafted and never submitted. My 2 months have been wasted due to this and it's already the end of round 3 applications. Another application of mine for the University of bath was delayed, I received an email from the University of Bath to submit further documents and I provided the relationship manager those documents immediately, however they didn't upload the documents till the deadline which was a month worth of time, since I didn't hear from them for a month I just found something fishy and emailed the university about the application status just 2 days before the deadline and they told me that they never received any further documents and gave me some more time to upload the documents since I requested them, I contacted the relationship manager and got the documents uploaded the next day. Pathetic service and very unprofessional behavior. I am truly disappointed with the company as I expected so much more. I won't be naming the relationship manager here as I respect her privacy but I will not recommend anyone TC GLOBAL, Churchgate branch.

                In addition to the above mentioned complaint, I was never offered any assistance by the relationship manager for SOP nor LOR. They never helped me with editing or updating the SOP which I submitted, it looked as if I was just providing them the documents and they were just filling the form. My University of Manchester application was not submitted till February end and I was not even informed that I will have to even pay an application fee for that particular form until 2 months later when they finally decided to fill the application form and told me later that I will have to pay the fee and there will be no application waiver and unfortunately I had to drop out of that application since it was already Feb end and Manchester has staged application process so I had no option to hear from them until June.

                  I am Saransh Chauhan, I have opted Mr Tarun Goswami as my relationship manager and he has seriously failed to deal in with my foreign applications

                  I have a lot of complaints about him but in short, all I can say about him is that he is Too slow, Unprofessional, Too much time consuming and unfit to fulfil the application demands.

                  I began my application quite early for univs in USA and Australia, American applications are almost done by me after all I was not getting any productive response from TC global. One univ from australia i.e queensland univ which has been pending from past 40 days dot by now and I am requesting to change my rm on the portal again and again, still no response on that too.

                  I have much more complaints about my RM, contact me @[protected] as i am lacking i word limit here.

                    This is in regard to my experience with TC Global.I had opted for your services for university shortlisting, application and VISA assistance for which I have paid Rs 21851.
                    I totally regret taking the pathetic services from TC Global and would not advise to any person due to the below mentioned points :

                    1.Research team is incompetent to suggest students with university opportunities (I mean I had to give my research list which was way better to the team to analyze)
                    2.I have lost a few probable admission due to the late application by the TC Global team which is highly irresponsible.
                    3.Coming to VISA Assistance, An absolute Zero I would say.Students take this assistance as they think you are more informed and will not make any costly mistakes.

                    So If we just summarize my journey in past months

                    1.I did my university shortlisting shortlisting
                    2.I did my university application
                    3.I did my VISA Application, Got the requisites in place, and took an appointment.

                      Hi! I found like to file a refund for my fees. I paid on 2nd September, and so far the services have been HORRIBLE.
                      1. The agent promised on call that they would screen share while filling my applications because I wasn't comfortable without being able to verify my data.
                      However, as soon as I made payment, she refused saying that "it is confidential and we cannot share screen".
                      THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
                      2. The relationship manager said they will help with scholarship process, and she is saying that TC doesn't help with. Why are you lying if you don't provide those services???
                      3. The first relationship manager tried to file for a university without my SOP and LOR, and then when I called her out saying that I'm not even ready to file for universities yet, she back-peddled saying that she was just checking requirements. I have the chat, I can send screenshots. She got very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL then, so I cut the call. 5 minutes later I get a msg from her apologizing and a call saying she's sorry and that her manager told to say sorry. What kind of childish play is this?? I don't have time for this.
                      4. They said they will help with ALL documentation. Now I asked them help with SOP, asking for a few points like what all points should I mention about the desired University, they're saying they can only "edit", which is code for vocabulary and grammar check. ANY ONLINE FREE EDITOR CAN DO THIS????

                      I got the consultancy to help, not to add on to my difficulties. This is extremely sub-par service and I don't wish to continue at all with it.

                        I came into contact with TC global on the 29th of July.
                        The relationship manager assigned to me was Mrs. Kasturi Sur.
                        She told me that they are the best in GRE and IELTS coaching and would provide be the best teaching.

                        I asked her that ma'am I want demo classes, she said and I quote "Haan haan we'll give you 2-3 demo classes but make the payment fast na else I cant register you, don't stretch it any further, as I said we are pioneers, have 30 years experience. So don't worry." I said awesome but I need only one demo class and she asked me to make the payment and sent me the email of the amount and the services.

                        She gave me no information about the study materials or where the course will be stored where I can track my progress. As in which module has started and which module is next and how many are left"

                        First class was on Saturday 31st July:

                        Here are my issues with the Class,

                        • First demo class conducted by Baishali Gupta ma'am

                        • Baishali maam's teaching was not convincing or clear. Her explanation was sub par

                        • She was unable to give me a definite answer when we asked certain questions. With the type of answers she gave I was sure I'll make a mistake in the exam, as they were open ended and lacked any conviction. She was googling the answers to confirm her answer and to convince us. We wanted a sound logic behind the answers and it wasnt given, There was another student who clearly told maam I agree with him Im not satisfied with the answer

                        * She even asked another student in the class what she thought about the question and to explain it to us. Pathetic

                        •In 3hours we barely covered any ground. I felt 3hours was hardly justified. Only 12 questions covered.

                        •The class had no clear structure, no proper planning. I felt like we were going back and forth and not really understanding what to do.1 slide forward 2 slides backward. The class felt like it was based on intuition and no direction.

                        •I asked ma'am where the course materials or the classes are saved and she said it's on the LMS. I searched the LMS for hours to find nothing. Clearly indicates that there is lack of coordination in the organisation.

                        • I wanted some study material from Saturday right after the class to study on. But till Monday nothing of that sort is provided.

                        * I asked Kasturi maam about the course material and she said "She will look into it" and went offline and didnt reply to me for 2 days!

                        •Kasturi ma'am didn't reply from Saturday evening, throughout Sunday no reply and there was no intention of reply on Monday too (today)I had to call ma'am again to get a reply. I have been panicking for quite some time and I have no Confidence in the organisation.

                        * She replied on Monday afternoon saying the course materials will be sent to me after 3 days! but after i made the complaint she sent me a link to another platform where the study material is saved, clearly indicating she doesnt have all the information before hand and there is clear lack of cordination.
                        I am not happy with their services and their late replies and their irresponsibility.
                        I was promised 3 demo classes and after I attended 1 class and i asked for a refund she said its NON REDUNDABLE

                        Being my relationship manager not once she told me that it is NON refundable it was not even mentioned in the EMAILS sent to me (I will attach the emails below)

                        even after promising me demo classes she asked me to register as soon as possible as she cant help me without registering.

                        I am absolutely disappointed with their service and teaching and I do not recommend TC global to anybody. It would be the worst mistake of their life. I request Consumer complaints to help me with this issue.

                        I have attached the pictures of the emails that was sent to me, no where its mentioned it is non refundable and neither was i told about it

                        I have also posted the Screenshot of the website to show you that there is no provision in the website for courses and learning material. full lies

                          I paid INR 20, 701 for applying in 3 universities in Austria to TC GLOBAL Bangalore in March with all the hopes and was assigned a very responsive and genuine RD (Vidhya) but short after a while she had to leave for a maternity leave in May and got assigned with another RD, who is completely opposite of Vidhya. I have been struggling with some queries with the document legalization and some extra certificates which is required by the university but she would not bother to reply to my text or questions and even if she does, she would just come up with some least information which I am already familiar with. I really don't how your TC GLOBAL works but I had all hopes of getting all kind of help while applying for the university as they promise before the payment. I have to make 1000s of calls here and there in a day just to get even a little source of information and now that I am failing, not getting anything, I am feeling helpless and loosing all hopes. I didn't want to complain as it is the matter of her career but I can't help it now. I won't take her name here but giving out my details, I hope you will figure it out. I want Vidhya back as my RD, if she is back to work from her leave. If not her then someone as responsive as her or just refund my money.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I am Muralidhar N, this is a grievance mail regarding your service. I had already mailed this complaint to [protected]@thechoprasglobal.com on 31/05/2021 but haven't recieved any reply.
                            I have joined TC global for support and services for my master's admissions in Germany by considering the goodwill of The Chopras group, through your relationship developer Mr, Vishal Dubey on 06/05/2021 by making a payment of 20, 000/- rs.
                            before making the payment Mr Vishal had promised me the following:
                            1) 2021 September intake for all German universities will be closed by june first week, so please make payments as soon as possible or else you might miss the September chance.
                            2) IELTS score is not required when applying, you can get a conditional offer letter first and later submit the IELTS score.
                            3) He had agreed to assign me with a relationship manager from Manglore branch only.
                            After receiving the payment he assigned me to Miss Vanaja Venkatraman (analyst) from Coimbatore branch for university shortlisting, she told me It's not possible to get into 2021 September intake because almost all universities have alredy closed admissions, instead i will have to look for 2022 intake. The very reason i made the payment is for the September intake which Mr, Vishal had promised me.
                            she also said it's not possible to apply without an IELTS score, so i will have to clear IELTS and then apply.

                            Inspite of all this, Mr vishal is insisting me to make remaining payment.
                            As Mr vishal has failed to keep the word i kindly request you to take necessary steps to refund the amount remitted.

                              Hi,

                              I'm Shiva Gandluri who has consulted TC Global for my masters plans in the USA. I'm very disappointed with the kind of assistance you have been providing for the last one month. Here is why.

                              Initially, Rama Subramanyam used to be my consultant and after which, Kavitha Rani has taken his place. I hardly got any kind of assistance in form of calls/messages from her in terms of my college applications.

                              1. When I got my admits from universities and I finalized my university on April 2nd, Kavitha Rani was unavailable due to some personal reasons. But neither I was informed regarding this, nor I have been assigned to any consultant for my further visa processes.

                              2. I called Kavitha Rani many times but still didn't get a response from her. Finally, after lot of struggle, I got Sapna Paul's email address and phone number and tried calling her several times to discuss this situation but she never answered my call. I missed over 17 crucial days in this peak time (from April 2nd to April 19th) where visa slots were mostly filled. As a result of this, my friend who applied on April 5th got a visa appointment on May 20th and I now have my visa interview scheduled on August 18th. This is pure negligence by your team and it is very frustrating to be in my position.

                              3. Even after applying for visa on April 19th, I was just intimated by Rupali Sharma about the visa OFC and interview dates, without location details in the email. And today she informed me that she has booked visa slots in two different locations i.e. Visa OFC in Chennai on August 6th and a Visa interview in Hyderabad on August 18th (and my college commences from August 30th). And she says it might be a "technical glitch". I have done my research and came to know that none of my friends have got their slots like this, nor did I find any page where people posted such "technical glitch". Not just this, I have been asking her to complete the DS-160 form required from the past 2 days and requested her to send me the US visa slot booking confirmation and US visa support team email address so that I can check with them. And surprisingly, I didn't receive any of the above-mentioned yet. Alongside this, most of the time when I call her, she will ask me to be on hold and talks to someone else.

                              I'm asking you, is this the way you treat your customers?? I'm just shocked to see this kind of assistance your team provides me. I was aspiring to pursue my masters and planning for this over years. And at the very end, you are crushing my dreams. Literally, nothing has gone right from the past 1 month. NOTHING.

                              I heard that a candidate got rejected by a visa interviewer just because he booked Visa OFC and visa interview at two different locations. I DO NOT want this to happen in my case. So,

                              I want both Visa OFC and Visa interview slots to be rescheduled to the earliest date possible and in both slots in Hyderabad. I urge you to consider this as the top priority.

                                I am not able to sign into my account and check my application status. I tried to changes my password but it opens as an entirely new account and does not show my college application list. I have already talked to my counsellor about this but it has been 3 weeks now and i am not able to view any status update. Please look into it

                                  FLIPKART IS FRAUD.
                                  I ordered ADIDAS ULTRABOOST 19M white worth Rs. 12599/- from FLIPKART.

                                  I recieved a cheap pair of white Adidas Shoes completely different and are not nearly even worth the amount that I paid for. My order was delivered on 31st Of May. Within 15minutes of receiving the order I raised a return. Today is 9th Of July. For more than a month(40days) that is 5weeks+ now I am constantly on call with Flipkart customer support for 2-3 hours, writing them on email and replying them on app as well.

                                  First 3 times my return was rejected by Ekart Wishmaster(their logistics) saying that the product I am returning is not the same product I ordered and the photo of the product I ordered and the product I am returning don’t match. What kind of stupidity is that??! My whole reason for the return is only that the product I recieved is different. They said they have sent a mail to Flipkart and will pickup accordingly when they reply. Then I was calling Flipkart for next 11 days and I was given assurances that this time the Ekart Wishmaster won’t reject the pickup.
                                  After 11 days on 16th June the Ekart Wishmaster rejected the pickup for the same reason and again did it on 17th June the very next day. Then again I was on call with Flipkart as usual for another week (7days) and I was provided by a solution with one of the many senior team members I have talked to. He said he has filled up a form and will refund my amount since I have been contacting Flipkart for so long. Later I was asked for bank details which I confirmed and then I got asked to share my ID proof. I shared 3 of my ID proofs. NOT 1 BUT 3 ID PROOFS. Earlier for past 23 days there was no problem with my ID as they have asked for them before also. Suddenly they started having problem in having my ID validated. They said that they couldn’t validate my ID as the name was not clear on IDs. I even confirmed with the customer support, they even said that the name is clear and correctly matching the name on the billing address but the team that validates the ID proof is different and we cannot contact them. After that I raised 3-4 more return requests with specifically saying that all my IDs are valid 1)Adhar Card 2)Driving License 3)Passport. And again 3-4 times all my IDS were said to be invalid and rejected. On 30th of JUNE my return policy period got over and I could only raise return through customer support and they are again delaying as usual.
                                  PLEASE IT IS A HUMBLE REQUEST NOT TO BUY FROM FLIPKAR BUY FROM AMAZON INSTEAD!!
                                  I have given 100+ hours to Flipkart the past month. I have talked to 100-150 of their customer support member actually (not giving a random number I have actually talked to so many members).
                                  Please make this go viral I have suffered so much because of this and hope that no one gets cheated further from FLIPKART.
                                  PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM FLIPKART.

                                  There have been 25 reports regarding my case. There are now 10 return request raised and rejected on my order. I’ve literally talked to more than 150 customer support employees by now and no one is able to provide a resolution.

                                  I’ve talked to around[protected] people by now who I know and told what all has happened with me and convinced them not to buy from Flipkart and aware everyone they know not to buy from there.

                                  In the end all they do is sweetly reply that we are trying to resolve your issue don’t worry and all. And all they do is nothing!!!

                                    My self naman gupta i enrolled for uk 2020 for masters in international business where i was assigned to gayantri kant nehru place branch in february month where more than 21 days have passed none of my calls were asnwered by her and no replies to my mail and my whatsapp text were made by her which was a humilation for me and i was forced to move to another competitor. This was very wrong on your part. When i had a meeting with her she told she would apply in 4 colleges none of them were applied by her own her own. The documents are already in your portal.

                                    In future neither i or i would not recommed chopras to anyone. Worst service ever...

                                    Highly disappointed.

                                      I, sayyed saniya got in touch with the chopra's in the month of september 2019 to look into admissions of llm in us. On the first meeting i was assigned ms. Joohi mittal as my counselor who briefed me about their services and also assigned me
                                      An id as 3018344. On my second meeting i was asked to make a payment of 83529 to avail the services and i am attaching the invoice herein. Once i made the payments, they stopped paying attention to me altogether. I had already made clear to them that i want to apply to the ivy's which they provided to me on their portal and then i shortlisted those (They don't even know the difference between upenn and pennsylvania state university, just btw). I had to do my own research and when i mailed to them about my enquiry, they merely set up my lsac account which o had to tell them. I availed their service under the false pretence that they have all the requisite knowledge about the application process but they didn't even know about the lsac account or about procurement of my transcripts, because of which my filing took a back seat. I had to manage all by myself. Starting from my transcripts to my sops to my toefl. When i asked for their help on editing my sops, i was just provided with a single line reply that i am attaching herein. I also requested them for a mock toefl test which they denied. I am also attaching the screenshot of my message exchange with their relationship manager which clearly indicates their lack of professionalism. My counselor has stopped taking my calls altogether now but i somehow managed to put in my applications on my own, be it calling the universities at 2 in the morning or filling the forms, everything was done by me.
                                      I am a lawyer myself and am thinking about filing a case against them for deficiency of services under the consumer protection act. However, it felt right to make others aware while i can.
                                      It is also pertinent to mention here that a friend of mine who applied to uk through them faced a similar issue but good for her they don't charge anything from prospective uk students because they have tie ups there.
                                      I would like a refund of my money. I paid to get a successful offer and not to set up my online account which even my younger brother can do for me. Plese beware. These people are just frauds.
