[Resolved]  Shiksha.com — rude behaviour

A week earlier I had got a call from one of your representatives, Mr. Rahul Singh (as per what he said his name was) from the number [protected], and he wanted to have a talk with me but I politely declined since I was in a meeting at that moment and told him to call me back later. I work in an I.T. company, with odd hours and high job pressure.

He called me back again today and he wanted to know my admission status and I answered him politely the status, and in reply to that, he rudely told me that why could not have I told this to him before. I explained that I was in a meeting, but he kept behaving extremely rude with me.

This is not how I expected a Shiksha representative to speak to me. This was extremely rude and I urge you to check out any call recordings from this number [protected] to my number registered in Shiksha to prove my fact.

My experience with Shiksha is very good, and I got a lot of information I needed from it, but a representative behaving so rude with me without any reason gave me an extremely bad impression for which I will not recommend Shiksha to anyone.

Sir, mera naam ajaz ahmad hai.aur maine tarighat ghazipur se inter ka exam pass kiya hai aur mera roll number 2187481 hai.aur mera father name jamil ahmad hai.par mera marksheet Internet par load abhi tak nahi hua hai.please isko net par load kar diya Jaye.
