Misleading cashback offer by shiksha.com refused 100 payment after review submission

I am writing to raise a formal complaint against Shiksha.com, an online education portal, for misleading users with a false cashback offer.

On [10 july 2025], I submitted a review for my college on Shiksha.com based on their advertised offer of ₹100 cashback. The offer was clearly promoted as a cash/Paytm reward, not a voucher.

After waiting patiently for 10 days, I received an email from Shiksha.com stating...

        registered to shiksha.com for reference but
        they are sharing my phone number and mail-
        id everywhere without my permission. Several
        agents have already started calling me and
        every hour I am getting calls. I don't like the
        way. Please delete my account as soon as
        possible.

          I am BE civil engineering student and wanted my further studies to be done from Germany. So, I started to look after study abroad consultancy services and came to know about Shiksha study abroad services.

          After that the make phone call to me and ask me to share my educational details. I shared all educational details and they said that your profile is eligible for 2024 intake and you can get easily admitted.

Since then i am getting spam calls and nessages and i am unable to deativate my account. Please see to it that my account is deactivated.

                    From last few days I'm getting calls, sms, email every hour from Universities all over India. I signed up to Shiksha.com few days back and they distributed my contact information all over India.and there is no option to delete account or deactivate. Please look into the matter and help me deleting my account from that rubbish website breaching consumers privacy just selling data of students.

                              Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                              My email ID is [protected]@niet.co.in. I reviewed my college, Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology on 21st March 2023 and I got an email from Siksha.com on 4th August that to claim my reward I need to follow the link given below in the email. But I am unable to claim the reward as the OTP which has to be sent to the mobile number to verify, is delayed every time I click on verify button. Like I click on the verify button, the otp received on my number is received after 30 minutes or 1 hr. And the problem is that the OTP is valid for 10 minutes. How do I claim the reward?
