Shiksha.com — They are not deleting my account

There is no option of deleting or even deactivating account on their website. They sent too much of promotion mails and calls and I even mailed to their support team but no response. I am so desperate to get all my accounts deleted ASAP so much so that I even edited my profile and changed my name and ID. Please help.
