Shilpa — Denial for Boarding

I would like to bring to your notice that we had faced issue on 27th March, when my daughter was at the airport, she was denied boarding as she did not have a transit visa for Germany (her stop was at Frankfurt). This was not only shocking, as we had no information from our agent, we had to bear a financial loss of 1lakh rupees as we had to buy another ticket so that she can travel.

Now we have another ticket booked where she needs to travel back on the 24th of April from Del to LHR with a stop in Munich, Germany. Again now we have to arrange for a Transit Visa for which we do not have much time. The only solution will be to again forgo this ticket and book another one that will be exorbitant (again huge financial loss for us).

At the airport in London, the Lufthansa staff kept saying that we had booked the tickets with MMT, they would have either informed us, or issued a new ticket without loss. They kept saying that it is now your agent's responsibility. I am writing wit
