We have had some issue with our connection and we raised a complaint... They never bothered to turn up to resolve the complaint... Inspite of repeated reminders for more than a week, they keep cancelling our complaint mentioning issue has been resolved... Technician was supposed to come to our residence for fixing the issue... They close the issue confirming with us whether the matter has been resolved or not... Poor service... I would never recommend tata sky... No service provider can be as bad as tatasky...
