Shilpshaala — Not received product after Payment

I have placed order for Name necklace, crafted in 925 Silver through their website on 30th Jan, 2022. The payment did not go through. So I contacted them via Instagram and asked for help. They sent me upi id "[protected]@ybl" to make the payment. I made the payment on 31st Jan 2022. They said they will deliver the order in 25 days but it is not delivered yet. They do not respond to messages or calls in Instagram, Whatsapp or Mobile. It has been more than 40 days but they did not deliver the product. I don't even know if they will deliver the product or not since there is absolutely no response from them. The website www.shilpshaala.com shows that it can't be reached now.
