I ordered a nose ring worth 650 rs... While taking orders at first they respond immediately for your msg after payment this person literally doing cheating job...I want my refund pls be aware and Instagram should take action

I waited for almost a month and never got any updates on my order. When I followed up, my queries were met with extremely rude remarks. I had placed an order with Shilpshaala through instagram DM and had done a online payment of 3700 rupees paytm
Initially this scammer used to respond after few says when I started asking the status of my order he has been ghosting me from that point.
He has been fooling many people and many have reported the page but still has been revolving around in instagram

Had ordered a broad V silver ring on 11th June. However I have not recieved any update aftwr 29th June. Waited for 3 weeks as they said.

Ordered a ring from the company on 11th June.
Payment done was 1780/-
Have continously been trying to get to them and know the details of my package.
First 2 times they said next week. Post that they did not get back to me.
Have been trying to be polite and assertive, still no reply.

Shilpshaala is an Instagram account handled by one Krishna Rathi. He has been advertising jwellery using his Id Shilpshaala. On 7th May 2023, I placed an order for Lotus ring worth 1600. The money was transferred to his UPI..

After this he confirmed the products will be delivered withing 2 weeks. But after a week when i enquired about the shipment details he gave some lame reasons that his 3 karigar expired. After that from 13 June 2023 he hasn’t responded. I tried to reach out but no response he being online aswell.

I had placed a prepaid order with Shilpshaala on March 9th 2023 on Instagram page by the name Shilpshaala worth Rs 1450. The person who owns the page committed to get products delivered within 4-5 weeks. 45 days have passed and I haven't received the products yet. I have sent me numerous texts and mails but he is not responding at all. The person who owns the page portray himself by the name of Krishna Rathi.

I had ordered 2 silver rings from Shilpshaala on 8th March 2023. I had paid ₹2800 to Krishan Rathi. Since that day there has been no update on my products.

The person managing the Instagram account has stopped replying to my messages.

The brand Shilpshaala is fraud, since I am noticing similar complaints on the internet.

They sell only fake products in the name of silver. I had ordered V-shaped ring 4 months ago and the ring discoloured. There is no bill or proof of stamp that it's 92.5 pure silver. Doesn't reply to messages and if replied he used derogatory words. Never buy from this website.

I have ordered a customised silver nosepin worth 950 ₹ from this IG page name- Shilpshaala.
I paid on 14 Nov 2022 and I was being told that i will get my order in 5-6 weeks.
Its been more than 2 months I haven’t received my order. He has taken full money and after receiving money he stopped responding to my messages . No shipping updates. Whenever asked, he fools by saying- “I’ll ship soon”
And it never reaches me.
His name is Krishna Rathi.
This man has also disabled comments from his page so that no one can speak truth.
He’s a fraud. This whole page is a scam

I transferred 800 rupees to this man named Krishna Rathi for 2 nose rings. He promised to deliver the product within 10 days. It's now more than 2 weeks and I have no update on my order.

The man is not even replying to my messages.

He is a complete cheat. Please do not place any orders on this Instagram. Check out his other complaints as well on Consumer Complaints.

Have paid 3950/- and now no response from them

I have placed order for Name necklace, crafted in 925 Silver through their website on 30th Jan, 2022. The payment did not go through. So I contacted them via Instagram and asked for help. They sent me upi id "[protected]@ybl" to make the payment. I made the payment on 31st Jan 2022. They said they will deliver the order in 25 days but it is not delivered yet. They do not respond to messages or calls in Instagram, Whatsapp or Mobile. It has been more than 40 days but they did not deliver the product. I don't even know if they will deliver the product or not since there is absolutely no response from them. The website www.shilpshaala.com shows that it can't be reached now.

It's been a month, still not received any updates from them. There is no proper response for our calls, email and texts, it's irritating as we feels like we trust somewhat bakwas shop/team.

While giving order, they will be very active and alert till we pay amount. Post that they are showing completely irresponsible behaviour!
They lost customer trust, that's what we can say

Apr 20th, 2021: Paid Rs. 2000/- for a two pairs of silver minimalist ear studs. May 14th, 2021: Paid Rs. 5000/- for a pair of silver bangles. Payment was made through GPay and screenshots are attached. Website specifies custom orders take 25 days to ship. Have yet to receive my orders. Have reached out to Mr. Krishna many times on WhatsApp and Insta and phone call but he keeps delaying the consignment. His excuses are floods in Kolkata, no karigars because of corona and also irresponsible courier services (Shiprocket).

I placed my order for custom silver jewellery on the 8th of October. They said it would take about 3 weeks for delivery. After paying the full amount, they didn’t give me any updates. After texting them multiple times, they only sent me a tracking link which says “label generated”. I’ve been trying to contact them for updates since its been well over 2 months now. No response.
I placed the order because of how beautiful their work looked. Now I’m extremely disappointed because they’re fraudsters.
