Shimply.com — Asked for refund, but still waiting since 2 months

I had ordered one ladies suit through Shimply.com (order no. CID89795) on Oct 22, 2016, but there was some defect in it. So, I returned it back. I received another one as replacement, but that too has some things missing. So, I again returned it, with the request to refund the money. But, I am still waiting for any reply from the company. I tried to call on their numbers, but even those are not working currently (they were working previously). If they are listening, then they should do it immediately. Otherwise, request is to the concerned authority to penalise them and pressurise them to return us the money.
