I had ordered one ladies suit through Shimply.com (order no. CID89795) on Oct 22, 2016, but there was some defect in it. So, I returned it back. I received another one as replacement, but that too has some things missing. So, I again returned it, with the request to refund the money. But, I am still waiting for any reply from the company. I tried to call on their numbers, but even those are not working currently (they were working previously)....

Online book purchase on 1/09/2016 . I havent received any communication from shimply.com after order confirmation. The order claims to deliver within 7 days and still i have no received a tracking no or shipment details. Either shimply.com should inform customer about product status or let him know the shipment details at the earliest. if the product is out of stock then refund the amount and inform....
