Yesterday evening I placed an order of wheat grass (value pack) using mobile app but I haven't got any acknowledgement where as amount got deducted from my credit card. No one is picking up your customer care number [protected] and mobile application is also not working to raise request.
no any communication from Shimply, either the given number comes busy or no answer, struggling for around 3 hours.

Please email us at [protected]@shimply.com and we will take care of it. This issue happens when user is not redirected back to Shimply.com after payment at payment gateway site.
