Shine Friendship — Fake call

I got a call from +[protected] she was saying that she is calling from Shine.com and if we pay 2000rs they will provide 100%job with preferred choice. I asked Shine doesn't asks candidates to pay money then she replied no in normal shine services you wont have good opportunity of getting job easily but here in paid services you can get 100% job assurance. I just disconnected the call saying am not interested in any paid services. Please look into this issue if its fake or real. If it's real why do they charge. Thanks in advance
