I had made an advance online payment on date : 24/02/2016 for north east 11n / 12d package which was to commence from 20th may to 31st may 2016. this company organization had promised to provide me the services mentioned therein. and nothing was stated about the same since 24th feb to 29th apr (till 3 months) from booking.
I have been in chasing with their employees for the updates wrt the same since 20th april 2016 officially. however, on calling for the details regarding my tickets and hotels on 29th of april 2016, i was informed that the same cannot be executed at their end.
None of their employees nor you informed me for the same until and unless i called up for the details.
One of the employees there named pratibha sahu has been arrogant enough to tell me that you can do whatever you want to in an indecent manner of talking with a customer enquiring about the refund status for advance paid.
I have been chasing these guys for the same since 20th april which is now more than 20 days and which is more than sufficient time for processing and carrying out all the formalities at your end.
I was refunded with 20000/- against the advance payment made of 23000/-
On 11th of may and my trip bookings had to be done from the scratch which costed me 25000/- more than the actual trip cost. yet the full amount has not been refunded. Was this information helpful? |
