They have eaten our advance amount. As when we booked them they gave us different hotels, after paying the amount, at the time of departure they gave lowest category hotel. When we refused to go. They forfeited our advance amount. And they changed the pick up point and troubled us so much. Kindly help in retrieving our hard earned money back.
