I ordered the product which was on sale. No cash on delivery method was present on that product so i used the prepaid method. Now there phone number is not available, i tried calling couple of times and mailed also on their given mail id but didn't get any response from their side. Please i need help on this. I ordered the product on 15 feb, 2019.

Now i don't need any product i just want refund back.

I also had ordered 2 gowns from Shining India as if it happened with you, then it has happened to me like this and how many people like this should have happened to us. We should take some action. I have paide 1963 rs and continuously phone trials. Afterwards the phone did not take place and a month has passed so far, orders have not been received. These people are using the website just by using the people. It has become a money-making business.

I have ordered one kurti on 13th Feb 2019. The payment was made through hdfc credit card. The order no is 81667. Still delivery is pending. Already grievance mailed on 11.03.2019. So needful either refund my payment or deliver the order asap.
