I had ordered two gowns from the shining india, my order id 58682, was transferred from the amount credit card, after the transfer of the amount, the message came that your order has been confirmed, within 10 to 12 days you will receive the order 15 days after waiting, i called the number given but its not reachable or sometimes busy, i was constantly called and then one day the call arises, so i said that till now our order is not received,...

I ordered the product which was on sale. No cash on delivery method was present on that product so i used the prepaid method. Now there phone number is not available, i tried calling couple of times and mailed also on their given mail id but didn't get any response from their side. Please i need help on this. I ordered the product on 15 feb, 2019.
