Shipler.in — non delivery of my vehicle after 20 days

I had arranged for a pickup of my vehicle on 27th november.
Since then i've been getting updates about my vehicle's progress. Vehicle reaching solapur - satara - a place before pune, where apparently the container's axle was broken. I was promised one more week to deliver. The revised due date was 18th december. Today i have received an update from the transport person that the vehicle is still in hyderabad in front of his office. Shipler have been sending me false updates about my vehicle while the vehicle is still in hyderabad. What the #!!!

I am reporting this issue. I am a media person working in zee news in mumbai. I will escalate this issue to the extent your company will have to pay for the losses. When i had dropped the vehicle it was in working condition. The damages to the vehicle and the loss of time will have repercussions.
