Shipler.in — car damaged during transportation

Very unprofessional and bad service provided. Poor complaint resolution mechanism and support provided. Shipler don't have any control on their partners who provided service to customers on behalf of them. I had recently shifted my honda city car from delhi to nagpur. Around 2 pm i got call for car delivery; but car was delivered only @ 7.30-8.00 pm in the evening. 4 persons came to deliver my car. The car was damaged from inside and outside which i could not recognize as car was not clean & light was insufficient. When communicated them next day - orally & in writing with photographs i was told that they will arrange repair of my car from the service provider. Now 3 weeks are over, but neither repairs are carried out nor i am compensated. The customer support department is not having any power and surprisingly they don't provide any number or e-mail for escalation. Reference number shp050717l1mm8p
