I had booked a request of transfering house hold material with shipler where i got a vendor support from them which had gone to a toss. After getting problem with them i had wrote mail to shiplers.in for support as below Your person is not even giving reaponse on my material which is been taken away from my home for his cantonment toll of 120 rupeea came back to jome and created issue stating that if not paid will not move from my home and will make issue there And he had taken away three items two chairs and one childrens bicycle No bill given for the payment made by me Vendor persons are drunken i left away as they have to carry items from third floor to ground through steps and they did not miss behave Vendor started negotiation of money on extra items loaded after loading two vehicles First loaded vehicle is small one and second loaded vehicle is a dcm Why he did not ask the extra amount before loading the items to vehicles What made the person to get two vehicles if got for extra safety and to serve extreme end to cusomer why after seeing the total material loaded small vehicle instead of a big one and avoid second vehicle which is petrol loss and increase in traffic Why pallnned black mail done to customer Why customer should approch authorised and online vendors which will increase the spending amount. As a customer in these conditions i can be able to ask those people for that sake only i do this I am a service person of 15 years experiance in customer service Present also i am working as a manager in a reputed company where i am not sharing the detials as we should not use my cpmpany or personal influences over a service personal like you Make sure this is been addressed correctly before i reach to suit case and waste my time and ypur time due to a third person but been peoposed by you Was this information helpful? | |||||

We understand that the issue arose due to substantial increase in the amount of goods against the list given by you during booking. This increased the transportation cost significantly and the vendor was making a loss.
