My sincere advice to anybody looking to transport their car through shipler! Horrible experience and no response once he payment is done. I moved my car from gurgaon to bangalore only to receive it with broken winshield, headlights, punctured, dent on the bumper. Though i have paid insurance for transit damage the company was irresponsible in attending my calls or emails.
Never expected a company run by iit guys to respond this way....

It was really a very bad decision to choose Shipler for shipping my car from Delhi to Bangalore. Although the bid they give is cheapest among all the vendors, but the service i had was very poor! Firstly, the car was delivered really very late after 20 days! Moreover, i received the car in damaged condition, with a dent on the bumper and some broken parts inside! The car was so dirty that i had to get it washed thoroughly. I did not get the damages covered as promised by Shipler initially even after sending them multiple emails/calls. They stop picking your calls after sometime! The vendor also did not care bother to even share the expenses and asked to leave the car with them! I would suggest you to go for a better option in market and do not compromise with your car for some money.

    I shifted household and car from Delhi to Nagpur. This was my 5th shifting in last 36 years of govt service. And the experience was unusually bad. Non of my furniture could reach without damage, TV cabinet glass top and legs broken, dining table legs got detached, aluminium ladder broken, fridge has a dent, flower vase broken are some to mention.The company doesn't take any responsibility, they took 5000/- insurance charges but refuse to compensate any thing. Car received with a broken front bumper, empty petrol tank (almost 20 litre petrol stolen)which they say get it repaired but for last one month just giving lip service only . Basic functioning of Shipler is faulty they are only interested to get the customer connected with any agent who has no infrastructure like truck or staff. All the labours were complaining for their issue with agents and wanted money at every stage. I end up paying 10000/- more than agreed. Extremely poor service I never recommend This company as my total loss is 60 to 70 thousand Rs.

    These guys have madeup their mind that they will cause people financial and emotional harassment and keep extroting money so that they can fill their wallets to live a lavish life by running the #BUSINESS of #movers and #packers . Someone stop these #IITB ians from causing people damages as they donot shift your stuff they dump it and once they move the stuff they start giving extortion calls and ask customers to shell out more money to get their stuff stating that the truck hired was small and now a new truck needs to be hired. Even if the amount is paid you receive your stuff(on which u spent ur hard earned money) damaged and broken.. They will just say SORRY and moveon to harass another customer. #Packers and #Movers #Household #Shifting #Car and #Bike Packers and Movers #Pet #Relocation... Total loss around 70k. They do not pick calls and do not reply

      After one month they are silent about my house hold.. I have call many times to shipler but their are no responce from other side.

        I had booked a request of transfering house hold material with shipler where i got a vendor support from them which had gone to a toss.


        After getting problem with them i had wrote mail to shiplers.in for support as below

        Your person is not even giving reaponse on my material which is been taken away from my home for his cantonment toll of 120 rupeea came back to jome and created issue stating that if not paid will not move from my home and will make issue there
        And he had taken away three items two chairs and one childrens bicycle
        No bill given for the payment made by me
        Vendor persons are drunken i left away as they have to carry items from third floor to ground through steps and they did not miss behave
        Vendor started negotiation of money on extra items loaded after loading two vehicles
        First loaded vehicle is small one and second loaded vehicle is a dcm
        Why he did not ask the extra amount before loading the items to vehicles
        What made the person to get two vehicles if got for extra safety and to serve extreme end to cusomer why after seeing the total material loaded small vehicle instead of a big one and avoid second vehicle which is petrol loss and increase in traffic
        Why pallnned black mail done to customer
        Why customer should approch authorised and online vendors which will increase the spending amount.
        As a customer in these conditions i can be able to ask those people for that sake only i do this
        I am a service person of 15 years experiance in customer service
        Present also i am working as a manager in a reputed company where i am not sharing the detials as we should not use my cpmpany or personal influences over a service personal like you
        Make sure this is been addressed correctly before i reach to suit case and waste my time and ypur time due to a third person but been peoposed by you
        Dear Sir,

        We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have suspended the said vendor from our system.
        We understand that the issue arose due to substantial increase in the amount of goods against the list given by you during booking. This increased the transportation cost significantly and the vendor was making a loss.
