On 7th of January, i have received my two track pants which i have ordered from https://www.autogearhub.in/products/combo-of-mens-ns-lycra-track-pants.
However the wrong product has been delivered. To raise a return request i have called their customer support number. Self assistance system has provided me with a link (https://app.shipstreak.com/returns/login) to raise a request.
This link belongs to shipstreak.com. I have tried to send a request on this link however it is was not working. Once this link opened i have seen they have rejected my request even before i have raise a request.
After that i have tried multiple times but nothing is happening. I have tried to call the customer support of shipstreak they are also not responding. Their Customer support is of chat based and without even giving me any resolution of my issue they are quoting "issue has been resolved".
I want complete refund and return the product.
