I have ordered a trouser with buy 1 get 1 free for an amount of Rs.1299, but the product delivered to me is a complete different one. The quality of trousers are very cheap. When I am trying to return the product it says return request declined. Please arrange for return these 2 trousers and return my money back.

      Wrong Product delivered

      On 7th of January, i have received my two track pants which i have ordered from https://www.autogearhub.in/products/combo-of-mens-ns-lycra-track-pants.

      However the wrong product has been delivered. To raise a return request i have called their customer support number. Self assistance system has provided me with a link (https://app.shipstreak.com/returns/login) to raise a request.

      This link belongs to shipstreak.com....

      On 16 OCT 2023, I made a purchase from an online platform, Facebook, through a seller named Ship Strike. The item in question is a pair of Blu Ray progressive lenses for eyeglasses. Unfortunately, the transaction has resulted in a highly unsatisfactory experience.

      Purchase Details:

      Product: Blu Ray Progressive Lenses for Eyeglasses

      Seller: Ship Strike on Facebook

      Purchase Date: 12 oct

      Transaction Amount: 699

      Payment Method: PhonePe

      Issues Encountered:

      The product received is of notably low quality, resembling a fake or counterfeit item.

      The cost charged by Ship Strike significantly exceeds the fair market value for similar products.

      Communication Failure for Refund/Replacement:

      Despite my numerous attempts to communicate with Ship Strike for a refund or replacement, I have received no response.

      This lack of communication is causing distress and frustration, as I am unable to resolve the matter directly with the seller.

      Courier Company Involvement:

      The product was delivered through the well-known courier company, EKART, which also handles deliveries for reputable platforms like Flipkart.

      I have attached screenshots of the transaction details on PhonePe, clearly showing the payment made to Ship Strike via EKART.

      I have attached the necessary supporting documents, including screenshots, to substantiate my claims. I kindly request your immediate intervention to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Ship Strike for their deceptive practices.

      Furthermore, I seek guidance on the steps I should take to secure a refund or replacement for the substandard product. Your expertise in consumer protection is crucial in ensuring a fair resolution to this unfortunate situation.
