ShipStreak — Refund request declined

I have ordered a hammered torch worth Rs 1100 for this but when i received it it is nothing as it was showing its a cheap quality not working hardly the actual market value of this product is 150 rs, when i requested for return they sent me a link amd asked my number when I start my refund request at the end they showed me refund request declined . This is just a scam, they don't have customer support whom we can speak, they have only IVR option which is nothing, useless
