Order ID: [protected]
Dear Sir/Madam,
I had placed an order worth ₹639 on the ShipStreak website (Order ID: [protected]), which included "Buy 1 Get 1 Free PREMIUM MEN'S HIGH STRETCH SKINNY LYCRA PANTS" (Size: L-32).
I received this order on 19th May 2025. However, the product I received is completely incorrect/defective and does not match the product that was advertised.
I tried to initiate a return through your website, but there is no working return option available. I also tried calling your customer support number[protected], but did not receive any clear response.
I kindly request that either the correct product be delivered to me or a full refund of ₹639 be processed at the earliest. If the issue is not resolved within 7 working days, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Consumer Forum, Cyber Crime Cell, and raise the issue on social media platforms.
