Shirdi Sai Indane Gas Distributor — unauthorized extra charges for delivery of gas.

The delivery person demands extra money for delivery. The money demanded by him is not fixed, he demands it as per his requirement. He regularly charges from rs. 50 to rs. 80.
In such case do include delivery charges in the bill. Why do i have to spend extra money which i am not provided a bill for.
Tried calling their customer care number. No one ever answers the call.
Tried calling them several times at different intervals, never have they attended the call.
Please do look into this and provide a solution. It is a major problem in my area where people are misguided to pay a bribe for the delivery person for his work to be completed.
