Shirdi Sai Indane Gas Distributor — overcharging and harassment | |||
Hello, i am contacting because. This shirdi sai indane gas distributor agency has every time charged us over 150 rupees extra over the actual bill amount for delivering the gas to our house. If i question them or refuse to pay extra they stand in front of our house and harass us or my family when i'm out on work. I called the manager and he doesn't care and he said to go do what i want and he is also abusive over the phone. Here is his number [protected]. My customer id is 26039. This guy's will cheat people while taking new connection that gas will get deliver within 3-4 days.But it's almost 11-12 days over, neither customer care or those people are responding to my call.Domlur, AK colony having very cheap service.

I have booked the cylinder on 11Jan 2020. I have not got the Refill so far.
Have reminded the Local delivery person Raghu twice and post that no responses from him.

My cylinder got delivered today and the bill generated by indane gas distributors shows the total amount to be Rs. 837, but the delivery person forcefully took Rs. 900 from me and told delivery charge is extra ans Ra. 70. On asking why is it not mentioned in the bill, the delivery guy told me to complaint about it to the Indane office and tell them to include delivery charge in the bill . This is broad day light cheating and a scam by the delivery guys from Indane. I had previously raised a complaint around 1 year back and yet no action against this issue. It would be better to stop using indane gas services and switch to a better option.
