Shirdi Sai Packers And Movers — Fraud in the name of refundable amount for two wheeler interstate border passing

We need to transport our 2wheeler from Mumbai to Barauni, Bihar by roadways for this we check some options online. During this course we put our request in Sulekha.Com, from the reference we got message from Sai Shirdi Packers and movers on 5th August on our Whatsup no. [protected]. Mr. Firoz Noor Khan proprietor of M/s Sai Shirdi Packers and Movers given us quotation to transport our two wheeler from Mumbai to Barauni, Bihar @Rs.2500/-. After some time we agreed to his quotation and handed over our two wheeler (TVS Jupiter ) to one of the representative of the Co. He picked up the vehicle from our home Gorai 2, Borivali West, Mumbai. ( the copy of bill attached) on 11 August 2023 evening. He provided diver details i.e [protected] driver and truck no-MH04KF7903. He promised to drop the vehicle @Barauni Bihar on given address on 18th August23. On 12th he asked for Border passing amount along with my crossed cheque and other details stating that this procedure is necessary otherwise driver will drop the vehicle on MP border. So also stated that this fees is one time but refundable after the delivery of the vehicle. We paid him around 11000, for the same (attaching complete wtsup chats). Then I left for Siliguri on 13th morning. His driver called and agian asked for the same amount for UP border passing . We found it fishy but after seeing no way around we have to pay him again 12000 for the same . Although he provided some req no CTC27MUM[protected] to us. But he kept on saying ‘ki apki gaadi zapt ho jayegi border pe’ n all that. After reaching the vehicle to Bihar border he again asked for some amount . After paying so much amount we finally got our vehicle on 19th August . Which we too taken from warehouse (no home delivery by Co.) he again n again promised that all amount which we paid is refundable amount n we will revive it after delivery. After all this episode, he provided us email no.[protected]@gmail.com stating that please sent receiving note along with pics of vehicle to this mail I’d, you will receive ur refundable amount. We already made two mails on different dates but till date no reply revived. Now Mr. Firoz not even replying our texts not even attending our phone calls. His Phone no -+[protected]
