Fraud company needs to be stopped
I wanted to send my bike (350cc) frm MH to Kolkatta. Got a attractive quote from Shirdi Sai Packers, Bhiwandi thru Sulekha. They forced me to pay upfront full amount of Rs3, 600/- quoting some discounts of 30 to 50%. After paying I had my doubts and started checking. Company (Feroz) is licensed in Baramati has his operations in Bhiwandi. No warehouse or even office I understand. Then I saw these reviews and panicked. Asked for refund but they refused. Thankfully my bike is safe. Surprised how Sulekha can recommend such fraudsters. They will promise big, at very reasonable price and then start causing trouble...best avoid. Sulekha Pl do some checks on the services you recommend.

I wanted to shift bike from Mah to Kerala and Firoz gave me cheapest quote and I fell for his fraud.Not getting the bike back and my money is also gone..he is asking additional 10k for border issues which is fake.can someone please help me or guide me in right direction..it's the same driver Vinod Mishra in one earlier complaint also

Fraud in the name of refundable amount for two wheeler interstate border passing

We need to transport our 2wheeler from Mumbai to Barauni, Bihar by roadways for this we check some options online. During this course we put our request in Sulekha.Com, from the reference we got message from Sai Shirdi Packers and movers on 5th August on our Whatsup no. [protected]. Mr. Firoz Noor Khan proprietor of M/s Sai Shirdi Packers and Movers given us quotation to transport our two wheeler from Mumbai to Barauni, Bihar @Rs.2500/-. After some time we agreed to his quotation and handed over our two wheeler (TVS Jupiter ) to one of the representative of the Co. He picked up the vehicle from our home Gorai 2, Borivali West, Mumbai. ( the copy of bill attached) on 11 August 2023 evening. He provided diver details i.e [protected] driver and truck no-MH04KF7903. He promised to drop the vehicle @Barauni Bihar on given address on 18th August23. On 12th he asked for Border passing amount along with my crossed cheque and other details stating that this procedure is necessary otherwise driver will drop the vehicle on MP border. So also stated that this fees is one time but refundable after the delivery of the vehicle. We paid him around 11000, for the same (attaching complete wtsup chats). Then I left for Siliguri on 13th morning. His driver called and agian asked for the same amount for UP border passing . We found it fishy but after seeing no way around we have to pay him again 12000 for the same . Although he provided some req no CTC27MUM[protected] to us. But he kept on saying ‘ki apki gaadi zapt ho jayegi border pe’ n all that. After reaching the vehicle to Bihar border he again asked for some amount . After paying so much amount we finally got our vehicle on 19th August . Which we too taken from warehouse (no home delivery by Co.) he again n again promised that all amount which we paid is refundable amount n we will revive it after delivery. After all this episode, he provided us email no.[protected]@gmail.com stating that please sent receiving note along with pics of vehicle to this mail I’d, you will receive ur refundable amount. We already made two mails on different dates but till date no reply revived. Now Mr. Firoz not even replying our texts not even attending our phone calls. His Phone no -+[protected]

The person Feroz Noor Khan asked me to deliver my bike from mumbai to Delhi at 3600/- with no hidden charges. His agent collected the bike on 10 Aug 2023 and on 11 Aug 2023 Feroz started asking 9k for interstate NOC and blackmailing that they will surrender my bike at Gujarat border. He is constantly pestering me to pay. I am finding it suspicious and on coming across this portal it confirms this is fraud. Pls guide me what to do and how...

Complaint marked as Resolved He took 15 thousand rupees(Refundable) from me and did not give me back. No pickup call yet. He said, this 15 thousand rupees can be refunded once your bike is delivered. He said, this payment is for state border issues.

In fact he cheated me also. Although we received bike but on he charged around Rs.25k on the name of border passing amount (refundable fees) . And now he’s not even replying nor Attending the phone calls

TVS Wego scooter undelivered
I have booked my tvs wego scooter from Pune to bangalore on 15th May and after that I am not able to trace my scooter .The person who communicated with me Mr Firoz Noor Khan does not give me proper details and always postponing delivery time. I have already filed an FIR in Pune police station. Help me find my scooter please. Everyone please beware of this company Shirdi Sai Packers and Movers, Bhiwandi.

Bike transport Fraud
I was shifting from Pune to Surat and wanted to transport my Activa. I enquired in Sulekha and got a call from the fraudster. [Noor Khan]
I was a bit suspicious so asked to share the company details. He shared his MSME registration which I validated and GST registration.
Then he sent a guy to pick up the vehicle, the guy shared his Adhar and DL
Then he asked for payment (2300) which i did. and he took the vehicle.
After 6hrs he called saying that the vehicle is withheld at Maharastra border check post and i need to pay 9500 more for transport certification. I immediately sensed it tobe fishy and asked him to drop vehicle there.
We had heated arguments with impersonated RTO officer, then he cut the phone when I said, I will not pay anything.
After 2HRS he again called and said that he has placed the bike in his returning container and will give me back next day.
He returned the bike via another delivery guy, who asked for 2000 delivery charges again.
This same fraud pattern is used in Bengaluru and Proactive police have caught the fraudsters.
I hope Maharashtra Police will also take quick action.

Non Delivery of Bike Parcel

The transport company Shirdi Sai Packers and Movers..Mr Firoz Noor Khan Agreed to transfer my bike( Suzuki Gixxer) from Mumbai(Panvel) to Baloda Bazar(Chattisgarh). Firstly he told me it would charge 3200Rs and no hidden charge. Then he sents some guy Name. Mr. Vinod Kumar Mishra to pick up the bike on 16/01/2023 after picking up the bike he insists me to pay full amount after that he will send my bike...After paying full amount he calls me next day to pay more amount for crossing the border as some documents are required which i came to know that this is fraud. After multiple calls and complaint he agreed to deliver the bike to Raipur within 2days it's been now 8 days he's still saying to me that bike is in transit, and constantly changing the delivery time. After searching his name on Google i came to know that this man is fraud and conning different people with different courier name. His address is also fake, and he's registered with Maharashtra govt with Udyam i don't know why people don't verify details of such company. I sincerely request you to help me and please deliver my bike

..Today is 15 April 2023 I was planning to transfer my bike through this transport company Shirdi Sai Movers Packers, but after reading supreet post on Indian Consumer Complaints I get alert and change my plan and decided to transport through railway in next 2 days 16/17 April 2023.
In my situationis it's started on 14 April 2023 when started search for transporting my bike through movers & packers on google and in google options i selected sulekha and some other website for this service and this sites (sulekha and other) ask me to fill the enquiry form with mobile no. Name bla bla bla..
I filled the form and after that many Transportation companies called me and offered 3000/- 4000/- 5000/- for transporting my bike from pune to kalyan next to bhiwandi (mumbai) in that shirdi sai is first who called me and offered me 1700/- for transporting bike, I ask them for some relaxation in price, person in call with me offered 1500/- i was happy after attending some others call after hearing their charges, shirdi sai was offering me much cheaper amount..after this on same day they whatsApp me that we will offer 30% to 50% discount, I was surprised already this guy offered me the cheapest rate from market and again he is giving discount.
When I called him again asked fir this 30-50% discount then This shirdi sai movers packers guy offered me next level discount that if I book bike transporting in advance means before 2-3 days of transporting bike then they have 2 options one is "DISCOUNT" means just I need to pay 1000/- or another is "CASHBACK" I need to pay full amount 1700/- and they will give me cash back of 750/- to my bank account.
I got alert I felt that some fraud is going on.. My emotions are forcing me to transport my bike at such cheapest rate but my mind is not ready to accept it. On next day 15 April 2023 I just decided to investigate whether I get anything on it and luckily I found supreet's post on ICC site..

If you still not got your bike back from this idiots then plz go to CM Mr Eknath Shinde he is ground to earth person he will definitely help you. Just try to meet him once.

I was contacted by person named sultan based on my enquiry in sulekha from mobile number [protected] who claimed to be from the courier company and spoke on the details about my bike transportation. I was then asked to pay via google pay to [protected] which he said belonged to the company and google pay also had the same name. It was only after the payment was done he wanted me to submit a document which to my knowledge is ridiculous to go ahead with parceling the bike. When i refused and asked for refund he said booking had already been done and it cannot be refunded, when i asked for the receipt he said it would be produced only upon completion of transportation!!
The person even claims the company belonging to the brother of transport minister of karnataka and asked me for extra money to do have a document obtained from the rto in order to have the transportation done.
Sulekha should seriously consider data leakage of customer enquires to fraudsters and the original transport company should take legal action against these companies for defaming their goodwill.

Very upset with Sulekha.com. I thought this was more than yellow pages...they do no checks and simply recommend fraudsters repeatedly. Even after so many complaints they continue to recommend such companies like Shirdi Sai Packers, Bhiwandi.
