Shiv Shanti Gas Agency - Hp — very poor service

I am living near by reliance fresh katraj and my consumer no is 649942.I have recently transferred the connection from shivparvati gas agency sahakarnagar to shivshanti gas agency.I had booked a cylinder on 10/3/2015 and also visited the agency on 14/03/2015 and they said cylinder will be delivered on 16/03/2015. I visited the agency again on 16/03/2015 and this time counter staff gave me the contact no of vendor when I called that no. He said I am not the right person to deliver in that area then I again contacted the counter staff and this I got the right no of vendor. I contacted the person whose name is vi jay and ask for delivery of cylinder and he said it will be delivered by today, I requested him to deliver as soon as possible then he said me to come to ikshapurti temple and called him. i went there and called 4 times on his number and waited for 20 minutes but i didn't get the positive response. when i again called vijay he talked foolishly and rudely to me then i said whenever you want to deliver you think then i came to my office. same day he called me again at 4 pm and asked my address i guided my address on phone but he again rudely said that why don't you give your correct address then i said that i have submitted all the necessary document to your agency but he threaten that send someone to receive him otherwise he will not deliver the cylinder. so i request you to take action against the rude person vijay and acknowledge me.
