I ordered for a bose head phone @ rs 2999/- what was received by me was junk speaker. The courier delhivery is also hand in glove with the fraudster. I' ve seen online he has cheated several other people in a similar fashion changing names as balaji traders address same. I told the courier person to open the parcel & show he refused & asked me to pay first. Ok i paid i opened parcel & showed it to him the product was wrong. He refused to sign. I asked for seller mobile no & email he refused nor is it mentioned to delivery note (Attached). The delhivery courier (Delivery note) attached is also hand in glove with fraudster. I asked him to stop payment of cod recd from me becos product was wrong he refused. All courier rules apply to buyer not seller how did the courier accept delivery of a product other than what is mentioned on cover note. Even courier name delhivery is hand in glove with operator. Will he accept drugs without looking at package. The packet must have been packed in front of courier. It is a dirty vicious game. The seller & courier are hand in hand. I want to bust this racket though i may not get anything. I lost 3000rs & learnt a lot that nothing comes free or cheap. Please help me bust this racket. The courier can be a lead person to take us to the fraudster. Thank you. Date of fraud ie delivery to me 3rd oct 2018.
