Shiv Traders — cheated by supplying wrong product

I had ordered bose bluetooth wireless headphones for rs 2999 on cod basis. The material was delivered through delhivery courier vide awb no[protected] and amount of 2999 collected. On the invoice the item is mentioned as bose bluetooth headphone the one which i ordered. But on opening the parcel i found inside a cheap chinese bluetooth speaker. On going through the invoice i found that no contact number of balaji traders in mentioned.
On going through the net i found the same company has cheated other buyers also the same way. I hope by the way of the awb no of delhivery courier the authorities can find to which number the cash received is transferred and catch the cheaters in this case. I want refund for my amount paid.
