Shobhit University — Didn't send Degree Certificate

I had completed b.sc. course in distance mode in 2016
I, Manish Das, am a student of Shobhit University, having Enrollment number UPH1088A120001. I have just received my third year mark sheet and securing 63.53%.

Now I am begging for my Provisional Certificate and degree Certificate. Tried many times to contact with the university but didn't find any hope.
If you kindly show the path to and initiate the procedure, i will be obliged to you forever.
