Shobhit University — I haven't got my convocation letter

Dear Sir/Madam

I am Hussain Ahmed Sheriff from Bangalore. I took B. Com through your distance education. I got my Provisional Certificate nearly 2 Year ago, but I did't receive my original certificate (Convocation Letter) till now. I tried to contact you so many times now i got a chance to go to abroad however now i am in troubling without my (Convocation) certificate.
