Shobhit University — Not getting TC and Migration certificate

I have done MBA from shobhit University school of distance education in year 2015. Now I have taken admission in another university for BEd course there I ahevto submit my TC and migration certificate... otherwise my admission will get cancelled and fee paid will be not provided. I request you to help me out in the matter and get me my TC and Migration certificate. My enrollment number of MBA fro shobhit University is PBA98AZ130004 and my roll number is [protected]. I am aslo attaching the pic of my marksheet issued by the University. I have called many time the University but no response from their end. Kindly help me as soon as possible.
