Shobhit University — Request for provisional certificate/degree

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Abhishek Singh Bhadauria, a student of B.com through Distance Mode, and I appeared for my final examinations in August 2014.

I would like to bring to your notice that I have not yet received my original degree/provisional certificate. Despite several attempts to contact the university, I have not received any response from the concerned department.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and issue my original degree or provisional certificate at the earliest. It would be greatly appreciated if the certificate can be sent to my email or residential address mentioned below.
