Shobhit University — shobhit university I haven't got my convocation letter

Dear sir/madam

I am hussain ahmed sheriff from bangalore. I took b.com through your distance education. I got my provisional certificate nearly 2 year ago, but i did't receive my original certificate (Convocation letter) till now. I tried to contact you so many times now i got a chance to go to abroad however now i am in troubling without my (Convocation) certificate.
