Hi I have taken a bike for rental from Shooting stars, varkala on July 2nd to 4 2023, the bike I got is in too bad condition which is like even we can’t drive in roads, no brakes, very damaged helmet, bike is too old with full rust . I contacted the owner of the shop he said I can’t help no refund will be provided . Also bike rentals in other places are 350-400 but he took 700 per day by creating demand like no bikes available anywhere for those days . I paid 2100 with the security deposit of 400. If I drive that bike in roads means police will raise a complaint on me for unfit bike for roads. Bike and service is really not worth for a penny . I kept a bike in resort uand started travelling in auto’s. Please help me to get my money back for worst service and others should not get cheated like me .
